The 23-year-old was last seen about 3pm on 3 June in Soldiers Hill.
She is described as having green hair and a solid build.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she requires medication which she does not have with her.
Police have released an image of Pettrae in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Pettrae is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
