They have been drawn to clash in the season's only one-dayer at Darley on Saturday, October 3.
Darley and Golden Point were all set to tackle each other in last season's grand final until the COVID-19 pandemic struck.
The BCA abandoned the match and awarded minor premier Darley with its inaugural first eleven premiership.
Darley and Golden Point will also meet in a two-day match in the 10th and last home and away round.
Other games set down for round one - the only one-day match of the season - also relate directly to last season's finishing order.
Mt Clear (third) takes on East Ballarat (fourth), Wendouree (fifth) plays Ballarat-Redan (sixth), Brown Hill (seventh) goes head-to-head with Buninyong (eighth) and Napoleons-Sebastopol (10th) faces North Ballarat (ninth).
