CHFL manager Diane Ryan confirmed the results to The Courier on Saturday.
The three players, two of which were from Newlyn and one from Ballan, underwent precautionary testing this week after potentially coming into contact with infected persons.
The negative tests come after a decision from two clubs to withdraw from the Central Highlands Football League junior competition.
Newlyn and Daylesford informed the CHFL of their decisions on Friday and made the announcement publicly via Facebook.
