This follows the withdrawal of teams from five clubs across the past week.
Newlyn and Daylesford pulled out all teams from the league last week and were followed by Springbank and Bungaree this week. Rokewood-Corindhap withdrew its under-18 side but remains part of the under-15 and under-12 divisions.
