BDSA vice president Mark Powell said the meeting aimed to get a sense of how clubs were feeling in light of the COVID-19 situation in Victoria.
It follows a nightmarish 24 hours for the state, which saw it record 723 new positive cases and 13 deaths.
On Friday Bacchus Marsh Soccer Club withdrew all its junior teams from the BDSA season.
Powell said at this stage, the league to hoped progress the season as scheduled.
