The grand final hero will take his talents to Deer Park Bowling Club for the 2020-21 season, if it goes ahead.
He will test his might against Victoria's best in the Melbourne premier competition - one of the top competitions in the state.
Holland told The Courier it was an opportunity he couldn't pass up.

"Deer Park play premier in Melbourne so it's a much stronger competition and I've never done it," he said.
"That's what all the hype is meant to be about so I thought I'd give it a go."
Deer Park reached out to Holland at the conclusion of the 2019-20 Ballarat District Bowls Saturday pennant season. He said he would use the chance to catapult himself to the top of his game.
"I took three or four years off and struggled for the first year or two to get my rhythm back, and I'm still not as good as I was, so I'm hoping a stronger comp might get me going again," he said.
The decision to leave didn't com easy for Holland, who helped lead the Kookaburras to a premiership last season.
After stumbling through most of the 2019-20 campaign, the club made an unlikely turnaround, winning its last six matches to capture an unlikely title.
"In one sense it was hard, but on the other hand I thought we've won, so it's the right time to move on," he said.

"I've played at probably five or six clubs and I've one a flag at all of them but one."
The move will be a temporary one for Holland, who lives in Ballarat. He said he had every intention of returning to Sebastopol, where he has played for three seasons.
"This will only be a short journey of one or two years depending on how things go," he said.
"I just want to lift my own ability and say I've been there and done that."
