Bacchus Marsh's 2016 grand final victory was Veldon's 244th game at the age of 31.
That was not only his first premiership with the Cobras, it was his first time in a finals series given it was their first finals series since 2001.
Velden is among about half the players from that premiership side who are still at Maddingley Park.
Velden's re-signing is the latest in a series for Bacchus Marsh under coach Tom German, who is preparing for a second year, but first on-field season in charge.
