The high-school gamer has won the national META E-Sports grand final.
He emerged victorious in an NBA2K showdown on Saturday against another top high school gamer.
The win means he has rectified last year's agonising loss in the 2019 championship.
Creonor won three out of three playoff games to advance to the decider.
Prior to that he played a 12-round season, which commenced in May.
The video game format allows players to select NBA teams with their current rosters and go head-to-head.
Despite the Los Angeles Lakers being the popular choice among most gamers, Creanor opts to use the lesser known Milwaukee Bucks.
He said he liked to play the game with a "defensive-first" mentality.
Creanor attends Damascus College in Ballarat and is a huge basketball fan.
