Ballarat V/Line commuters are being urged to get tested for COVID-19 if they show any symptoms, with some trains on the Ballarat line listed as being 'high risk'.

The train services most at risk relate to trains which travelled between Southern Cross and Ballarat on September 3 and September 7.
Also, a 6am V/Line train which travelled between Deer Park and Southern Cross and the 3.45pm train from Southern Cross to Deer Park on September 2, 5 and 7 are all under investigation by health authorities.
Deer Park station is on the Ballarat line.

If you have visited any of these locations during these dates you should watch for coronavirus symptoms and immediately get tested, and stay at home which you wait for your results.
The new locations are among 16 across the state which have so far been identified as potential hot spot areas across the state.
