Season 2020 was supposed to be Otto's second in charge at Tigerland, but COVID-19 forced the Central Highlands Football League into hiatus with no seniors or reserves played.
"I haven't officially signed any papers but I've recommitted and rapt to be coaching again," he said.
Otto is now looking to assemble his playing list for a crack at improving on the side's elimination final exit from season 2019.
"We've kind of spoken to the guys along the way and now September is coming to an end, everything moves quick enough," he said.
"The key for us is to re-sign everyone we had last year. All existing players, but the newer recruits we had as well... just making sure they're all locked in.
"Like any other club, everyone likes to keep adding where they can I suppose."
Otto was lured to Springbank after winning the flag as coach of Wickliffe-Lake Bolac in 2018. As an off-field leader, he guided the Tigers to 11 wins and seventh spot on the ladder last year, before the team was beaten by Beaufort in week one of finals.
