While restrictions in regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne have eased over the past few days, the restrictions surrounding camping remain the same as they have been since regional Victoria entered step-three restrictions on September 16.
According to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), regional Victorians can go camping with the people you live with, your intimate partner, or the household you have formed a bubble with.
Regional Victorians looking to go camping cannot do so in metropolitan Melbourne, but can travel through Melbourne to access another part of regional Victoria.
