The Adelaide Crow has been linked with several clubs since late in the home and away season as conjecture grew that he was looking to move.
A shift will see him part ways with his younger brother Matt, who is also a Crow.
Crouch played his junior football with Ballarat Swans and Beaufort.
He was secured by Adelaide in a 2011 mini-draft via the North Ballarat Rebels and Great Western Sydney Giants.
The 26-year-old has played 93 games with the Crows, where he is a best and fairest.
