Opening bowler Nathan Patrikeos has been ruled out of the side with a foot injury. He will join fellow paceman Brendan Thomson on the sidelines, who is recovering from an injury also.
Two Swords president Paul Aikman said Patrikeos sustained the injury in the club's round one win over Wendouree a fortnight ago.

"The ball hit him in the ankle and it hasn't quite healed yet so we are giving him a rest this game," he said.
"He's got a bit of swelling and he is getting a bit of discomfort when he runs. He can walk but it's giving him a bit of trouble when he bowls."
Aikman said his son Matt Aikman would open the bowling on Saturday, alongside Sam Hope who will play his first game of the season.
He said the absence of Patrikeos and Thomson would test the bowling depth of the club.
"We've got a couple of young bowlers ready to step up," he said.
"With Nathan out, he's a big loss because he is a strike bowler and gets wickets when it matters."
The Two Swords will look to win its second game in as many matches against a Mt Clear outfit that finished second on the competition ladder a season ago.
However the Mounties will enter the encounter shorthanded as well with Matthew Messemaker John Butler and Ash George all ruled out.
