The Crows have confirmed a handful of key additions to the club, which will play under new coaches Brendan Howard and Mitch Jenkins.
Former North Ballarat player James Vanderkley was announced as a recruit earlier this month after signing over from North Geelong and with him comes plenty of other new talent.

Richard Zelencich makes the move from Wickliffe-Lake Bolac and adds to the defensive stocks. He last played in the Central Highlands Football League during 2019 with Learmonth, but had planned on being with the Magpies in 2020.
Zac Leckie (North Ballarat) and Nathan Hucker (University Blues) are expected to be handy utility players in the senior side, while Tim Pitcher (Dennington) and Sean Christopher (North Bendigo) look set to boost the targets in attack. And perhaps one of the most exciting additions is that of Tim Haase, who hasn't played since the successful grand final of 2018. He booted 38 goals - including two in the decider - during that flag-winning campaign, but missed 2019 through a foot injury.
"We are a younger side than we have had and are looking to give more opportunities to players who are ready to take them and juniors coming through," Howard said.
