Warriors president Adam Liversage said the club would now base itself solely at the Woady Yaloak Recreation Facility, which has gone largely unused during the winter months since the demise of the Smythesdale Football Netball Club in recent years.
The Warriors had planned to play games there in their inaugural season this year, but train in Haddon. Due to COVID-19, the club never made it to the field, but is gearing up for a big campaign in the BFL during 2021.
Liversage said the club had the support of the local committee that manages the facility, which it met with on Tuesday night to discuss a full-time move to the venue.

"With the Smythesdale senior cricket team pulling out there was really no one using the Smythesdale oval so we thought why don't we move the Warriors down (there)?," Liversage told The Courier. "It's more equipped for football...
"Council has spent a fair bit of money on that facility at Smythesdale with the resurfacing of the netball courts and they've got the gender-specific change rooms there as well that are almost brand new.
"It was a no-brainer for us."
The recent upgrades to the facility at Smythesdale include new coaching boxes as well as the playing surface.
Liversage said it was great to get the support of the local management committee.
"Obviously there was a bit of a criteria in place and we wanted to make sure it was done right... we were going to support them and they will support us as a user group as well. That means taking down the old (Smythesdale) signage and getting the Woady branding up around that facility," he said.
"They're in total support of us coming down there."
Back in July, the club hosted a couple of sessions of Auskick and NetSetGo in Haddon before increased COVID-19 restrictions meant those programs had to be cancelled.
Liversage said the Auskick and NetSetGo - which serve as a lead-up to the Warriors teams - would continue in Haddon despite the club's move to Smythesdale.
"We are going to keep the Auskick and NetSetGo programs at Haddon. I think it's a pretty important part of that local community," he said.
"We've got the best of both worlds having that program down at Haddon and having the juniors with the Woady Warriors, and eventually netball, down at Smythesdale."
The Warriors will start off with teams in the under-9 division of the BFL before adding more football teams and netball sides in the coming years.
