The couple, who holiday in the town with their children say they were delighted to be able to purchase the boutique accommodation.
The couple also owns the trendy Ascot Food and Wine in Moonee Ponds with chef Dave Stewart.
"Over the past few years we have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful holiday rental property with our little family, creating some magical memories with our kids along the way,'' Ms Gale wrote on Instagram.
"It has become a very special "happy place" for us, so to be able to have the opportunity to now own it, is a true blessing."
"After a very long, tumultuous year for many people, (especially our fellow Victorian residents) to have a place where we can offer a bit of a restful respite to others, is something that we are so pleased to be able to do."
The three-star, Dollywood first opened its doors in 2016.
Its website says it is "inspired and influenced by the vintage Hollywood era, Dollywood has a quirky but polished vibe; a hint of Palm Springs and a dash of Cali coast-line, heading down Mexico way".
It is located in Central Springs Road, just three blocks from the Vincent Street shopping centre.
Mr Hampson said the accommodation was booked out for December, but there were still some vacancies for January.
