Carranballac, 3-120, was unable to account for Carngham's first innings score of 8-242. The score marked the highest of any team this season.
Carngham opener Dean O'Brien fell cheaply for four but the club was able to rebuild due to some big efforts through the middle.
Jarrod Rodgers' knock of 50 led the way for the club. He was backed up by opener Chase Dummett (49 off 68), while tail-ender Zane Ross chipped in with 36.
James Richardson shined with the ball, taking figures of 3-36, while Carranballac's Adam Griffin offered resistance with a knock of 62.
Carngham are now undefeated after six matches.
Meanwhile Lexton defeated Derrinallum by six wickets at Derrinallum reserve. Haddon overcame Linton Blue, while Ballarat Fire Brigade had a comfortable win over Lismore Oddfellows.
