The club will kick off the 2020-21 A-League season on Monday when it takes on Adelaide United at GMHBA Stadium.
It will hope to find form early in the season before travelling to Ballarat for two home matches on March 7 and May 22.
Pehlivanis said the club's relationship with Ballarat was on the brink of something special.
"It was always a priority to come back here," he said.

"I thought the first game we played there last year was fantastic, we had the right vibe and given our limiting branding and resources before that, I think it's only going to grow."
The club won Ballarat over in its inaugural season in 2019-20, drawing more than 8000 fans despite leaving with its tail between its legs in both appearances at Mars Stadium.
Outside of Ballarat, the club overachieved, finishing one win shy of a grand final berth.
"We were a little unlucky. The period we came up to Ballarat we had some significant injuries and we sold two defenders after the first game, so we can't wait to come back record our first win in Ballarat," Pehlivanis said.
Western United consolidated its ties with Ballarat in the off-season by naming three locals as trial players.
Ballarat City players Chudiar Tharjiath, Leighton Lauton and Alex Baker all trained with the club in the lead up to the season and were in uniform for Western United's preseason clash with Melbourne City at Morshead Park.
"Ballarat is is part of the foundation," Pehlivanis said.
"Our club is going to grow, within two years we will have 20 teams under our banner from youth to seniors and we will always have a presence in Ballarat."
Western United will open its 2020-21 A-League campaign against Adelaide United at 7pm.
