The Pakenham-bound from Flinders Street station to Westall station from 3am to 4am on New Year's Day, has provoked a warning for all other passengers to get tested immediately and isolate until a negative result.

The Department of Health and Human Services also added a city-bound service when the same case travelled from Westall Station to Flinders Street between 9pm and 9.30pm on New year's Eve.

Other shopping centres in Melbourne's east have also been added to the warning list

Good Guys Nunawading was also added to the DHHS exposure site list on Monday night, with a COVID-case having shopped there on December 29 between 9.30am and 10am.

The Springvale Shopping Centre on Buckingham Avenue was also added as an exposure site late on Monday night, after a known case shopped there between 11am and 12.30pm on December 29.

Anybody who attended these venue at these times should test and isolate until a negative result.
