Ballarat beaten in both grades of Barwon-Central Highlands carnival | photos

In the under-17s, the Ballarat boys were beaten by Gisborne at Woodend's Gilbert Gordon Oval.

The home side made 3-209 batting first and then bowled out Ballarat for 146.

In the under-15s at Alfredton, Ballarat was dismissed for 114 before Gisborne easily chased down the target.
