The representative team scored an opening round win over Geelong in the first of two Twenty20 games in Hamilton, chasing down its rivals' score of 6-89 with five wickets in hand.
Ballarat then hauled in Wimmera's 9-95 with nine wickets up its sleeve to take out game two.
Megan O'Beirne was the star against the Wimmera side with an unbeaten 51.
Meanwhile, a devastating bowling performance saw the Ballarat Cricket Association crush Warrnambool Blue in the opening Twenty20 clash of the under-14 tournament.
The BCA dismissed Warrnambool for just 20 with Sarah Burton taking 3-1.
Ballarat then made 0-128 from 10 overs as Charli McLennan top-scored with an unbeaten 51.
Later in the day Ballarat also thrashed Sunraysia Green, which could only manage 7-36 from its 20 overs.
The BCA then cruised to 1-41 off eight overs.
