Belinda McCarthy, who runs the business alongside husband and top driver Luke and head trainer Craig Cross, said the horse was a chance at contesting the race on January 23.
However, McCarthy said that things would need to fall into place with Victoria/NSW border restrictions for the trip to occur.
"We will monitor the COVID situation and restrictions and just wait and see if we can get there. Fingers crossed they open the borders," McCarthy said.
Star Galleria had his first run for Cross in the P J Hall Free-For-All at Menangle on January 2 and cruised to an easy win in the group 3 event.
He had two other runs in Australia for previous trainer Steven Reid, collecting victory in the group 2 Casey Classic in 2019 and then placing ninth in the group 1 Hunter Cup a week later.
In total, the seven-year-old has won 15 races from 55 starts.
Star Galleria would be another headline act in what is shaping up to be a mouthwatering group 1 Ballarat Pacing Cup.
David Moran, the trainer-driver of superstar pacer Lochinvar Art, has recently confirmed his intentions to head to the race, as has Anthony Butt with recent Bendigo Cup winner Wolf Stride.
HRV will combine with the Ballarat and District Trotting Club to launch the Summer of Glory carnival at Bray Raceway next Monday.
The Ballarat Pacing Cup barrier draw will also take place at the event.
