Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Wendouree man John Kaiser. A warrant has been issued for the 26-year-old's arrest in relation to aggravated burglary and assault related matters. Kaiser is approximately 175cm tall with a medium build, tanned complexion, short brown hair and hazel eyes. He is known to frequent the Ballarat, Wendouree and Sebastopol areas as well as the northern suburbs of Melbourne, including Jacana, Broadmeadows, and Preston Investigators have released an image of Kaiser in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
