Kirwan-Hamilton, of Ballarat Golf Club, added to his 2018 under-15 title in his last Ballarat Diistrict junior championship,
Britt, of Midlands, capped off her junior career with a third under-18 title in four years. She is also a former under-15 champion.
Mo Haintz (Mt Xavier) and Aaliya Puvanendran (Ballarat) won the under-15 titles.
Haintz has now won back-to-back titles.
Puvanendran, is just 12 years of age and is a member of the Ballarat District MyGolf girls' squad.
The Ballarat Diistrict championship is part of the Victorian junior order of merit.
