Two stolen cars were set alight across Ballarat last night, with both spreading to the surrounding landscape.

Emergency services were notified of reports of smoke near Alkera Road about 9pm.
A car, which police have since confirmed to have been an outstanding stolen car, was found alight on Boroka Street at Nerrina.
Country Fire Authority crews from Invermay, Glen Park and Wendouree brigades attended and were supported by Fire Rescue Victoria.
Firefighters brought the fire - which burnt about 50 square metres of surrounding bushland - under control by 9.53pm.
Emergency services responded to a second fire on Finch's Road, Lucas, about 4.30am.
It was another outstanding stolen vehicle.
The fire spread to a paddock on the eastern side before firefighters brought the blaze under control.
A vehicle from Haddon Fire Brigade supported FRV at the scene.
Ballarat Sergeant Luke McGregor said the Criminal Investigation Unit were investigating both incidents.
