Constable has been mainstay with Selkrik Rush and her decision to stay on provides a wealth of experience.
"I am stoked to be able to sign on to play another season," Constable said.
"It will be fantastic to finally play on our brand new home court at the Ballarat Sports Events Centre, so I can't wait to reconnect with the team and get started.
"Playing in front of our home fans is one of the reasons I love playing for Rush.
"I have missed being out in the community over the extended break last year."
Rush committee member Lynly Doherty said Constable was dedicated and worked hard to play at the highest level possible.
"When called on, Claire has the ability to nail the big shots," Doherty said.
Constable is the third Rush player announced as returning from 2019, joining Alicia Froling and Claire Blower.
