Sculptors, musicians, poets, painters and more have been invited to exhibit at the event which had been initially postponed from its scheduled October date.
Co-ordinator Barry Wemyss said Smythesdale Fiesta is about making opportunities for local artists to present their work to a local audience.
"That in turn offers high quality entertainment to the northern region of the Golden Plains Shire," he said.
"This is what is in your neighourhood, this could be your neighbour, they could be musicians, artists of any ilk. Most people don't know about what is around until they see it.
"It really does promote living in the northern part of the Golden Plains Shire, and the shire has been involved in sponsoring the day."
Mr Wemyss said the entire event was free for anyone to come along and enjoy.
