The highly decorated Brand's journey with the Hawks goes back more than 40 years.
The all-rounder joined junior ranks in 1980 and debuted in the firsts as a 16-year-old in 1991.
As a middle to lower order right-handed batsman and right-arm medium fast bowler, he used renowend leg cutter to anchor him to seven firsts best and fairest awards - his last being in 2014-15.
He was also named best clubman in 1998.
Brand spent some time away from the club and on returning from Lexton a few seasons ago took on a nurturing and mentoring role with younger players.
He is playing thirds this season.
