The popular Mount Clear fourths captain - for the past 18 years no less - will play game 350 today for the club which has been his home-away-from-home his whole life.
'George' as he is best known, will join his brother Paull as a 350 gamer at the club.
"It's pretty much family, it what you do, you head out and held out as best you can," he said. "It's great to be able to do something with your mates, I love cricket and of course, you always love winning, but it's about your mates."
While he has four flags to his name, it's been a long time between drinks. But with the team once again looking finals bound, another premiership could be in the offering.
"We actually won the first four I played in, but we've lost five in a row since," he said.
"We're going good so far this year, we've actually got a pretty good side with a few players that have dropped back, so it's looking good."
