Wynne was one of the initial players announced ahead of the 2020 season prior to the cancellation.
She said she was excited to get back on the court at the new Ballarat Sports and Events Centre after having some time away from the sport to work on her own education.
"I am really excited to sign with the Ballarat Rush, after having some time off it will be great to get back onto the court again." Wynne said.
"I am looking forward to playing under Eric (Hayes). He is a great coach with a lot of knowledge and experience that will only help me improve my game.

"Having known Eric since juniors, there has been so much he has already done for me and my game. I'm looking forward to seeing what we can achieve as a team."
Hayes said he was thrilled to see Wynne return to the Ballarat squad.
"It is great to have Taylah back in Ballarat with the Selkirk Ballarat Rush program," he said.
"Taylah left home to pursue her education but remained a supporter of the program when I saw her and spoke to her at many games.
"It was great when she decided she wanted to play again and reached out.
"Taylah has come back to the program with improved skill and fitness which is awesome to go along with a very nice shot and more confident handling the ball as a guard."
Wynne joins Alicia Froling, Claire Blower, Claire Constable, Kristy Rinaldi, Annie Collins and Millie Cracknell as players announced so far.
The Rush's NBL1 South season is scheduled to tip off on April 17 away against Albury-Wodonga.
