The girls dominated their pool games, defeating Warragul, Bellarine and Maffra by 29, 40 and 29 points respectively.
They dominated Wodonga on their way to a 46-19 win in a quarter-final, with Amoore leading the way with 13 points.
Their closest game of the tournament came in a semi-final against Shepparton, in which they had a hard fought two-point win. Amoore was huge again with 17 points.
The win is an extra special one for Basketball Ballarat considering three years ago it could not field an under-18 girls' team.
The win is the groups fourth country title after tasting success in the under-12s, under-14s and under 16s.
Ballarat's under-16 girls also came away victorious, winning the Victoria Country division two title in Traralgon. They defeated Portland 37-22 in the final, with Georgia Bodey top scoring with 13 points.
Basketball Ballarat elite teams administrator Glenn White said the victories were a testament to the players and coaches.
"Basketball Ballarat has had a huge focus on the development of juniors over a long period of time and to see them achieve so much shows the success of the program coming into effect," he said.
MICHAEL Ryan has been appointed Ballarat Miners youth head coach for this year, with Kyle Slack his assistant. Ryan said he's excited to work with the young talent in Ballarat.
"I'm thankful to Brendan Joyce and Basketball Ballarat for providing me with this opportunity for the 2021 season and I can't wait to get started," Ryan said.
"I'm also excited about the opportunity to help develop and work with our elite youth league athletes and from what I've seen so far, we have a very engaged and highly competent group."
