Hill, who played his third season with the Rebels as an over-age 19-year-old in 2019, leaves the Ballarat Swans.
He has been training with Geelong's VFL squad.
Hill made his BFL senior debut with Ballarat in 2017 and made a handful of senior appearances for the Swans.
He has played predominantly as a forward and mdifielder, and is a contender to fill the voide left by small forward Geoff Lovett, who has switched to Buninyong in the CHFL.
Meanwhile, Sebastopol star midfielder Luke Kiel has capped off his first NTFL season by claiming the Southern Districts best and fairest award.
