Minor premier Carngham defeated Linton Blue by 71 runs in a semi-final at Snake Valley on Saturday and Fire Brigade downed Haddon by 36 runs at Haddon.
Linton had the Crocs in all sorts of trouble at 3-9 before Jayden Edwards, 68 (5 fours), Marshall Cain 55no (5 fours) and Zane Ross, 39, made their mark.
Linton lost its last five wickets for 22 runs after never fully getting to grips with the run chase.
Dwayne Hiscock, 80 (8 fours, 5 sixes), and Rob Mosby, 64 (10 fours), set Fire Brigade alight with an opening stand of 148.
