Olivia Moll, Grace Wareham, Carlee Hazlett, Lilly Jordan, Jenna Burke, Ruby Stephens, Georgia Joynson and Carlee Hazlett come in.
The game is the round two match-up that was postponed due to the five-day COVID-19 lockdown in February.
The girls come into the game following a 60-point loss to the Dandenong Stingrays, a game in which they trailed at half-time by just two goals.
Coach David Loader said the girls are keen to bounce back, especially against a country counterpart.
"We are really looking forward to this Wednesday night's game against our traditional rivals in the Bendigo Pioneers and it's going to be a wonderful opportunity for some new players to debut," he said.
"After a solid defeat last game our girls will be super keen to get back out on the park and show what they are capable of," he said.
The game kicks off at 6:00pm on Wednesday from Epsom Huntly Reserve.
