The side will be aiming to better its 2019 season which saw it finish 10th on the ladder with a 7-2-13 record.
It enters the season with the welcomed addition of local star Pat Karras.
Coach Corey Smith said the array of skills that Karras brings to the game would make him dangerous in 2021.
"He's just going to bring some experience, a little bit of calmness, he's two footed, quick and really just adds to what we already have," he said.
BALLARAT Soccer Club will also kick off its men's state league 5 west season on Saturday when it faces Balmoral at Trekardo Park from 7:00pm.
It will be hoping to go one better than 2019 where it finished fifth on the ladder with an 11-2-9 record.
Justin Whitcher will again be a threat offensively after his 21 goal effort in 2019 which saw him finish second in the overall goals tally.
Ballarat City women's state league 1 north-west side has not had its season fixture released however, it has been confirmed that it will kick off its season on April 18.
It will be aiming for a jump up the ladder after its last place finish in 2019 with a 2-2-12 record.
