They will join 220 staff from VicRoads, coming from Wendouree and Kew, as well as staff from the Department of Justice and Consumer Affairs Victoria, Service Victoria, Regional Development Victoria, and the Department of Education and Training.
A State Revenue Office spokesperson said in a statement the move will include staff from operations, compliance, information technology, learning and development, and the office's call centre.
"The State Revenue Office's Ballarat office has been at its current Mount Helen Federation University site for the past 20 years," they said.
"We are relocating around 300 staff from Mount Helen to GovHub shortly after opening and will do so in adherence with all relevant requirements for a COVIDSafe workplace.
"Once the transition into GovHub is complete, many of our staff are choosing a combination of office-based work and home flexibility as per the Victorian Public Sector's flexible work policy."
The Department of Education will also move staff from its information and technology, security and emergency management, engagement, participation, and inclusion, and training market services divisions.
"Department teams are among 600 Victorian Government employees moving into the Ballarat CBD as part of the GovHub project," a spokesperson said in a statement.
"The Department has been allocated 63 workstations in the new hub which will be ready for occupation by department staff later this month."
Service Victoria also responded to a request for more information on its move, but was not able to supply numbers of staff moving - it's understood a range of roles will be relocated.

"Service Victoria is relocating our operations from Footscray to the Ballarat GovHub and we have been recruiting in Ballarat for a number of years to prepare for this," a spokesperson said in a statement.
