Brendan McCartney will deliver training sessions for the wider junior football fraternity based on his time in the AFL system.
McCartney was an assistant coach at Geelong from 2000 to 2010, and was once voted the AFL's assistant coach of the year by the AFL Coaches' Association.

After a short stint as a forward line coach at Essendon, McCartney spent three seasons as head coach of the Western Bulldogs.
Since arriving at North Ballarat, McCartney has taken the club to the top of the Ballarat Football Netball League table.
McCartney said the program went beyond his role with the Roosters and that he was invested in the development of football in the region.
The program is open to any interested footballer aged 9 to 18, regardless of club or league.
Two half-day training sessions will take place on Tuesday, July 6 and Thursday, July 8 at North Ballarat Oval. Bookings can be made here.
