They have come in the saddle with eight of Paddy Payne's children becoming jockeys and as trainers.
It is as trainers that the Paynes almost exclusively focus their efforts now and in the past three days they have been on fire at Sportsbet Ballarat.
Michelle and brother Paddy each had winners on the turf on Sunday, and father Paddy and another son Andrew had victories on the synthetic on Tuesday.
Michelle set the ball rolling with Mark The Horse ($7.50) in the Porter Plant Benchmark64 Handicap, 1600m, on Sunday and then Patrick produced Douceur ($2.90) in the Hygain Winners Choice Class 1, 1200m, in the next event.
And it was almost a family treble, with Andrew having a second.
He made amends for that miss with an impressive win with Pit Viper ($6) in the Cervus Equipment 3yo Maiden, 1200m, on Tuesday.
He followed on the heels of his father Paddy, who saluted with Secret hero ($2.70) in the Cardno TGM Maiden, 1200m.
Payne senior has become a specialist when it comes to getting winners on the Polytrack with his small team.
Ronay has won six times and had five minor placings in 17 starts on the all-weather Ballarat track.
And the family involvement did not stop there with Secret Halo, with Payne's daughter and former jockey Bernadette Payne in the ownership and have a major hand in four-year-old's preparation.
Pat Viper provided one of the most impressive wins of the day in racing away by more than one length.
Andrew Payne said he believed giving the son of Toronado a freshen up after his previous start had been a key.
He said Pat Viper had raced greenly at what was his third race start and had worked more tractably since with the added experience.
Just to add icing to the cake, Paddy Payne senior's son-in-law Nicolas Bompas had his second win since returning to training ranks with Tanner ($5) in the Sportsbet Bet With Mates Benchmark58 Handicap, 1200m.
Geelong-based Bompas is married to Margaret Payne - one of the two Payne siblings who did not become a professional jockey.
Bompas has returned to training for the first time since 2012, with Tanner being his only runner to date and also a winning on the Ballarat synthetic on June 20.

On another strong day for Ballarat trainers at Sportsbet Ballarat, Dan O'Sullivan produced Ho Ho Prince ($5.50) for a win on debut in the Suez Maiden, 1000m.
O'Sullivan said Ho Ho Prince had always shown ability and at one stage had been set to go to Hong Kong.
He said the three-year-old had a few tricks and it was all about getting him mentally right.
Ho Ho Prince was the first leg of a double of O'Sullivan.
He also scored with El Santo ($5.50) in the Porter Plant Benchmark58 Handicap, 1500m.
Tony and Calvin McEvoy kept the hometown winning run going with Meehni first-up in the Hygain Winners Choice Benchmark58 Handicap, 1400m.
The four-year-old mare had not raced since January.
