This will be the Renegades' first appearance in Ballarat since 2019-20.
They were unable to play in the city last season owing to all WBBL fixtures being played in Sydney because of COVID-19 border restrictions.
Renegades newly appointed head coach Simon Helmot and player Jess Duffin will be in Ballarat on Wednesday, joining forces with the City of Ballarat and Cricket Victoria to formally announce the fixtures.
They are set to be played at the Eastern Oval against Sydney Thunder on Saturday, November 13, and Melbourne Stars on Sunday, November 14.
Renegades open their WBBL season on Sunday, October 17, and wrap up the compacted regular season on Sunday, November 14.
Ballarat produced the biggest crowd of the Renegades' 2019-20 season - the last time they played in the city.
Renegades won four games last season to finish seventh in the eight-team competition.
