He goes into the last meeting of the season with 144 wins - six clear of boom hoop Jamie Kah.
Allen has two riding engagements and Kah seven.
Kah will be the Melbourne metropolitan premier jockey, while Allen will also claim the country title.
Allen has come a long way since arriving in Australia from Ireland as a jumps jockey to take up a role with the Ballarat stable of Darren Weir.
He initially mixed jumps and flat riding to increase opportunities before ultimately focusing exclusively on the flat.
With 12 group 1 victories under his belt, this will go down as Allen's most prolific winning season to date.
He has 147 - the fourth time he has reached the century and third season in a row. The 36-year-old career wins total in Australia stands at 770.
