Sovereign Hill, Kryal Castle and the Ballarat Wildlife Park are all welcoming visitors back after the state government eased restrictions earlier this week.
Sovereign Hill will reopening from 10am on Saturday morning, but its Aura sound and light show will remain closed to the public until further notice.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Visitors and annual pass holders must pre-book their tickets online, check-in through the state government QR code system and wear a face mask indoors and outdoors unless an exemption applies.
Kryal Castle will also reopen on Saturday, returning to its regular program following its successful Knights of Fire event through the school holidays.
Site manager Phillip Leitch said the lockdown slowed the momentum gathered over the school holidays.
"We had just come off having an excellent winter school holidays with great visitation so the lockdown did slow down some great ground that we had been making during that period," he said.
The Ballarat Wildlife Park reopened to the public on Wednesday and is looking forward to a strong weekend with its animal encounters also returning.
Managing director Greg Parker said the park was looking to build on a strong start to the weekend.
"I think there are a lot of people that are very enthusiastic to come to the Wildlife Park and it's a great place to get out into the fresh air and meet your friends, lots of outdoor areas and hang out with the animals," he said.
