So it's only fitting their artworks are represented in forms from traditional through to technological.
Each year the pupils' work is set up, gallery style, in the school's large atrium for family and friends to come and admire, but COVID lockdowns and ongoing restrictions on visitors to schools forced staff to find a modern solution and post the art show online.
"This year's art show demonstrates a variety of skills achieved by the students of Sebastopol Primary School," said visual arts teacher Natalie Ogilvie.
"They hhve been inspired by famous artists throughout history right up to the modern day. From Van Gogh and Picasso to David Hockney and Derek Erskine."
Students from all ages from foundation to grade six have create contemporary pieces, still life, pinch pots and bowls using clay, 3D birds and self portraits.
