Fresh off a historic Olympic campaign with the Matildas, the former Ballarat Red Devils star has been nominated for the Professional Footballer Australia Women's Young Player of the Year award.
The 19-year-old joins a shortlist that includes Olympic teammates Mary Fowler, Courtney Nevin and Ellie Carpenter.

The nomination comes on the back of a standout W-League season, where Cooney-Cross scored the winning goal in the final minute of extra time to win the title with Melbourne Victory.
Cooney-Cross shone as a veratile attacker and would often drop back into the midfield to influence the game.
The former Ballarat High School student created the most chances in the competition. Her tally of 41 was nine better than any other player.
Cooney-Cross also equal fourth for assists with four, and equal fifth for goals, with six.
Her feats saw her named captain of the PFA's W-League team of the season after receiving the most votes from her fellow players.
The nomination also started a big week for Melbourne Victory's talisman.
Cooney-Cross recently announced her re-signing with the club for the 2021-22 season, scheduled to begin in mid-November.
