The Rebels will be back at Mars Stadium for the first time since the state's sixth lockdown and will welcome the Bendigo Pioneers.
David Loader's side enter Saturday's contest on the back of an upset seven-point loss to the Gippsland Power.
Despite the setback, the Rebels leader said the group was still remaining positive.
"The last couple of games have given us the opportunity to play a few players in different positions, to give them a different look at the game," Loader said. "As we come into finals, it's important that we continue to expose players as much as possible which gives us great flexibility."
Despite the two losses, the Rebels have clung on to second place on the ladder.
The Pioneers are only four points behind in fourth.
The match will begin at 1:30 pm on Saturday, with a game between the Rebels' under 16 development team and the Pioneers' under 16 side serving as a curtain raiser.
Only one parent or carer per player can attend the game under COVID protocols.
