Emergency services, including paramedics, responded to a reported stabbing in Bacchus Marsh about 5.50pm.
Arriving at the scene, an injured teenager was found in a park off Young Street.
Paramedics assessed the teenage male for upper body injuries.

An air ambulance was called due to the severity of his injuries, reportedly landing near Rotary Park, and the teenager was airlifted to The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne in a stable condition.
Police established a crime scene, with investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident ongoing.
