The 26-year-old has played 125 games with the Crows since joining with the 23rd pick in the 2013 draft, earning All Australian honours and winning the club's best-and-fairest during that time.
It was believed Crouch was weighing up his options interstate, having been underwhelmed with the club's extension offer earlier in the year.
IN OTHER NEWS:
It has been reported that the midfielder has signed a contract less than his asking price after there was limited rival interest in him having missed the entire 2021 season with a groin injury.
Crouch said he was happy to put pen to paper and was looking forward to a strong pre-season.
"It was always my preference to re-sign with Adelaide and it was just a matter of taking the time to work through where both I and the Club were at," he said.
"I'm excited by our young list and confident in the direction we are heading.
"Although it has been a frustrating year for me personally with injury, I'm now looking forward to getting back on the training track with all my teammates in pre-season and returning to the field next year.
"We are building something special here and I am confident I have plenty of good footy ahead of me as has the team."
A member of Adelaide's leadership group, Crouch has been one of the club's most consistent performers.
The Rebels product has average 28.3 disposals, 4.7 clearances and 4.1 tackles a game since making his debut in 2014.
Crouch's brother, Brad, departed Adelaide for St Kilda as a free agent just a year ago.
