Police say the alleged ice dealer was found at a property in Camperdown's Harrison Street with drugs worth about $10,000, as well as $3000 in cash.
Detective Senior Constable Ross Hatton, of the Warrnambool police crime investigation unit, said the efforts of the Camperdown and Mortlake uniform police officers led to the man's arrest about 5pm on Sunday.
He said information from the public led to follow-up inquiries being conducted by Camperdown and Mortlake police officers in relation to a person of interest being at an address in Camperdown.
"It was stellar work from particularly Camperdown uniform police members that led to the arrest of the man on Sunday afternoon," he said. "He was located and (allegedly) found on his person was 14 grams of methamphetamine and $3000 in cash as well as other drug trafficking paraphernalia."
Detective Senior Constable Hatton said the man was already on bail, with strict conditions, charged with similar offending relating to 10 alleged offences.
The accused has now been charged with eight new offences including trafficking ice, possessing the proceeds of crime, and a number of bail offences. He appeared briefly in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Monday, did not apply for bail and was remanded in custody until September 27.
Meanwhile, a 32-year-old Camperdown man was arrested at the same Harrison Street address after a police raid on Monday morning.
Police said a warrant was applied for during follow-up enquiries relating to a raid.
The man was charged in relation to possessing an imitation firearm - a gel blaster handgun - as well as possession of ammunition, an extendable baton and six grams of cannabis. He is expected to appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
