The health department has now named a range of local exposure sites in Daylesford including popular café Cliffy's Emporium which was listed as an site by the DHHS on Friday.
The risk of contagion occurred between 3:20pm - 8:45pm on Tuesday September 7, the DHHS reports.
On Friday afternoon the café posted a notification of the closure thanking its patrons and asking for patience.
This was followed by a listing of another venue, Poncho's Cafe in Vincent Street being named as a Tier Two exposure site because the case may have visited between the times of 10:20am - 11:00am on Wednesday September 8.
The Springs Medical centre in Hospital Street has also been listed as a Tier One site for the time of 3:15pm to 4:30pm on Wednesday 8th September when the case may have visited.
The clinic will also close for deep cleaning on Saturday, stating on Facebook it is a tier-one exposure site and had an alleged exposure on Wednesday afternoon.
The post states it has been advised by the Department of Health to close, and asked for patience during contact tracing.
It follows a posting on Facebook by Cliffy's Emporium that a staff member had returned a positive test after working on Tuesday, September 7.
The business has been contacted for further information.

Anyone who has visited a Tier 1 exposure site during the times listed must immediately isolate, get a COVID-19 test, and quarantine for 14 days from the date of exposure.
Anyone who has visited a Tier 2 exposure site during times listed should urgently get a COVID-19 test and isolate until they receive a negative result.
