Selmon won the 2019 A grade best and fairest in the final round, polling three votes to edge out Sunbury midcourter Tarryn Munro.
The two-time Roosters premiership had a similarly dominant year in goal ring in 2021.
On three occasion she bagged more than 35 goals shooting at over 90 per cent - including a 38-goal haul against Sebastopol where she only missed one shot.
Selmon also has a 61-goal haul to her name this season from the Roosters' round five win against Sunbury.
However, there still looks to be plenty of competition for the medal.
Melton South's Soli Ropati will likely feature prominently among the votegetters after helping her side to a second-place finish.
Ropati represented Samoa at the 2019 Netball World Cup and also stepped out for City West Falcons in the VNL championship this year.
The 24-year-old was influential playing across the middle of the court as the Panthers secured a finals place for the first time in over 15 years.
Melton South teammates Akira McCormack and Grace Valele are also a chance to poll well.
A host of usual suspects are also likely to feature in the vote count.
North Ballarat's midcourt sisters Gina McCartin and Stacey Matthews had solid seasons, controlling the Roosters' play and adding valued leadership.
Kara Hart had a strong year for Lake Wendouree and looks a chance to go one better than the 2019 count, when she finished an equal second.
THE awards night on Monday will be held entirely online due to COVID-19 restrictions.
