Victoria has recorded 423 new local COVID-19 cases, the day after Ballarat recorded its first COVID case in more than a year.

Of the 423 new cases, 149 have been linked, meaning 274 are currently classed as mystery cases.
There have also been two deaths recorded.
There were 41,856 vaccinations administered and 54,649 tests received on Tuesday.
Details and locations of the cases will be revealed later today.
The new figures follow confirmation of a COVID case in Ballarat on Tuesday, with a construction worker returning from Melbourne with the virus.
Ballarat Clarendon College also confirmed a child positive with the virus attended the junior campus of the school last week, however this case has not yet been reported by the DHHS. It likely will today.
There remains three new exposure sites in Ballarat (The Lake View Hotel, The Forge Pizzeria and Big W), but this could also expand over the coming days.
Updated wastewater testing results also show Ballarat had three consecutive days of COVID detection last week, with positive results on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
New figures have also showed Ballarat's double-dose vaccination rate slowed considerably last week, becoming one of the slowest growing regional cities in the state.

Meanwhile, Premier Daniel Andrews confirmed the state's roadmap out of lockdown would be released on Sunday.
Mr Andrews said the roadmap, which will outline restrictions through to November, would rely on Burnet Institute modelling of vaccination and hospitalisation rates.
In the meantime, Melburnians will get an extra hour of outdoor activity and the five-kilometre travel radius will be expanded to 10km when 70 per cent of eligible Victorians have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
This is expected to occur on Friday.
